On the afternoon of October 9, Fu Fan, President of Shanghai International Group (SIG) attended the signing ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Minhang Technology Achievement Transfer & Transformation Fund. Kang Ming, President of Shanghai Sci-tech Capital and Li Jun, Director of the Minhang Finance Bureau signed the agreement. Fu witnessed agreement signing along with Ni Yaoming, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Minhang District Committee and Head of Minhang District; Shen Jun, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Minhang District Committee and Deputy Head of Minhang District; Wang Xiangyang, Deputy Head of Yangpu District and other leaders. The Department of Investment Management II accompanied Fu for the ceremony.
The agreement signing is a concrete move to perform the Strategic Cooperation Agreement between the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government on Advancing the Operations of National Fund for Technology Transfer and Commercialization and Shanghai Sci-tech Capital, as well as an important basis of implementing the Action Plan of Shanghai for Building Minhang National Technology Achievement Transfer & Transformation Demonstration Zone (2018-2020) along with Minhang. In various forms, the two sides will further deepen cooperation in technology cooperation, integrate industries with finance and pool resources, in a joint effort to boost the building of Shanghai Technology Innovation Center.
